This year’s festival is packed with events for mid-century lovers, starting with our Saade House Soirée at the newly-renovated mid-century marvel on Beach Road. Saturday sees the return of our popular film screenings and the highly entertaining game show Good Better Best. On Sunday, you can tour four stunning MCM homes in the heart of Beaumaris with our traditional Open House event.

Friday 9th October | 7pm - 9.30pm
Saade House Soirée
Kick off the weekend in style at the newly restored Saade House! Our opening night party will be an elegant affair, with entertainment, beer, sparkling wine and canapés included in your ticket price. Mid-century cocktail attire is encouraged but not mandatory.
Tickets: $80 members, $100 non-members

MCM Double Feature
We’re joining forces with our friends at BrisMod for a double feature of mid-century documentaries. First on the bill will be Neon, a celebration of neon lighting in Vegas and beyond. Next up will be The Farnsworth House, a fascinating look at one of America’s most iconic MCM homes.
Tickets: $15 (includes popcorn and water)

Good Better Best
It’s part game show, part Antiques Roadshow!
Join the fun as passionate collectors each present three unique pieces, all with a different value. It’s up to you to figure out the Good, the Better and the Best. And yes, there will be prizes for the winners!

Beaumaris Modern Open House Tours
Your chance to see four stunning mid-century homes.
This year we’re offering tours of four classic MCM homes here in Beaumaris. You can choose to drive or walk between locations, and for the first time ever, you can also include lunch!
Our new lunch option makes a leisurely day even easier. Select the PLUS LUNCH option with your ticket purchase to lock in a gourmet sandwich and glass of sparkling served at the Beaumaris Art Group in the middle of your tour. Book early, as all lunches must be pre-paid with no cash sales on the day.
There will be architect and owner led tours at each home, and you will be provided with a schedule on check-in. All start times will be strictly adhered to, so please be on time for check-in so you have time to visit the on-site coffee van and make your way to the first stop.
Group A: Check in at 8.15am with optional prepaid lunch served at 11.30 – 12.15. Tours commence at 9am sharp.
Group C: Check in at 8.30am with optional prepaid lunch served at 11.30 – 12.15. Tours commence at 9am sharp.
Group B: Check in at 9.15am with optional prepaid lunch served at 12.45 – 1.30 Tours commence at 10.15am sharp.
Group D: Check in at 9.30am with optional prepaid lunch served at 12.45 – 1.30 Tours commence at 10.15am sharp.
Tickets: $80 – $120, depending on membership status and lunch option
